An ESA letter is an official document from a licensed health professional that confirms you have a legitimate need for an emotional support animal.
2. Do I need to see a therapist in person?
No. You can complete the process entirely online. Our professionals are licensed and available to speak with you remotely.
3. Is the ESA letter valid everywhere?
Yes, our ESA letters comply with all federal and state laws, and they are accepted by housing authorities and airlines across the country.
4. How long does it take to receive my ESA letter?
Once approved, your ESA letter will be provided to you in our secure portal within 4 hours of completing the video visit with the physician. *The following states, Arkansas, California, Iowa, Louisiana, and Montana, require a 30 day patient-provider relationship before an ESA letter can be issued. This means a follow up video visit with a physician will be required for these states. This would be subject to a $50.00 additional fee.
